RG Group were contracted by Watkin Jones Group to undertake the construction of a new residential development at Hove Gardens, Brighton in East Sussex.

The project comprised of 216 private rental units consisting of a mix of studio, 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed apartments in an 18 and 9 storey linked building. The building also included a commercial unit (shell only) which will to be fitted out by the occupying tenant post project completion.

The development also includes a basement car park with 31 spaces These being split 4 accessible parking bays for the Commercial Unit and 18 accessible parking bays & 9 visitor bays for the Residential tenants.

Other facilities included with the building are cycle storage, refuse storage and plant accommodation.

Three roof terrace outdoor spaces have been designed into the scheme and are located on levels 1, 7 & 12 along with landscaping and infrastructure works.
