Cortland, Broad Street, Birmingham

RG Group acquired this BTR scheme for client Cortland at Broad Street, Birmingham following the completion of a PCSA.

The project comprised of the demolition and site clearance of a range of small commercial buildings and the design, construction and completion of a new BTR residential development across 2 buildings.

The development is fronted by a 35 storey tower shouldered with a further six storey block. The two buildings will provide 440 one & two bedroom apartments for the Private Rented Sector. The scheme provides 676 beds overall.

The project also included cycle workshop and parking for168 bikes, communal amenities including a fitness centre, cinema and lounge area, business lounge / co-working space, cycle storage plus a Sky Lounge, private courtyard garden, entertainment courtyard and a dog park.
