Cassiobury, Watford

RG Group completed the residential development near Cassiobury Park in Watford, Hertfordshire for our client Cortland,following the unfortunate collapse of another building contractor.

Our scope was to complete the two remaining blocks, one at 23 storeys and the other at 9 storeys, which were at varying stages of fit out. The works were completed with the other areas of the development already occupied with residents.

The scheme delivered 289 units which range from studios, 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments across Block A (23 storeys) and Block E (9 storeys) many with private balconies.

As well as the residential units the development included Commercial units, Community Floor Space, Gymnasium, Cycle Parking, Car Parking, Children Play Space, Landscaping, dedicated Dog Park and Public Realm works.
