Unite. Hawthorne House, Stratford, London

RG Group are currently progressing the construction of a new PBSA building for Unite Students .

The scheme initially started with the demolition of existing Jubilee House office building on the Farthingale Walk site in Stratford, London close to the Stratford railway station.

The new Hawthorne House, development is a 36-storey purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme, providing 716 student beds from level 6 -36 and includes a large basement mainly for plant and cycle storage. Levels 0 – 6 will also include 65,000 sq ft of academic space, which will be occupied by the London Academy of Excellence (LAE). The scheme also includes section 278 works and improvement works to the existing railway crossing.

The student accommodation element of the scheme is scheduled for completion in time for the 2026/27 academic year.
