The 4th John Lewis of 5 total built by RG Group, in Greyhound Retail Park, outside Chester in a shell constructed by Land Sec.
Constructed over 2 levels the project included escalator and feature stair in the main entrance atrium.
The project involved working alongside with the shell contractor operating under 2 principal contractor status which involved daily liaison on H&S and snagging issues.
RG were appointed on a negotiated basis based on target rates on a full D&B contract. and also managed approx £1.5m of client directs.
