Phase I of a new headquarters facility and workshop with surrounding carpark, service yard and access road (60,000 sq ft net)
The office building comprised a pre-cast concrete frame and floors, clad with brickwork and curtain walling. Internally the frame was exposed to utilise the internal partitions to suit the clients requirements to be incorporated.
This high quality building is to provide the backdrop for future CAE expansion. With this in mind a second phase of construction is to be considered in all aspects of the first phase.
