This project comprised the fit out of a developer shell together with a new build PFS for Morrisons in Sheppey, Kent.
The fit out works of this 32,000 sq ft store comprised floor/ wall finishes, bulkheads around perimeter, specialist departments (deli, flowers, produce, meat fish, oven fresh, chilled and frozen), customer restaurant, warehouse, staff areas and external ATM pod.
A fully co-ordinated and aethetically planned mechanical, electrical and refrigeration install was required as main sales floor had no ceiling. PFS was a brown field area within development. Construction comprised driven pile foundations with a brick kiosk, canopy, fuel tanks, pumps and a car wash. PFS was completed in 11 weeks.
