This project was the development of the first Cash and Carry offer for Brake Bros. The scheme involved the conversion of former car body shop facility into the new Brakes cash and carry format.
The works included demolition and strip out of the workshop interior together with significant structural alterations to the existing facades and the creation of a new entrance and canopy.
Internally the works involved the creation of new unloading facility and new sales floor including cold store, frozen and chilled areas. Ambient cash and carry storage and racking completed the sales floor together with cooking demonstration and checkout facilities.
New staff facilities and external works completed the project. All works were complete in line with the programme.
