RG Group were appointed to carry out the fit out works to the Edge Lane store. The works consisted of the necessary installations to the back of house areas, office areas, warehouse, sales floor area including the customer desks, checkouts and display areas such as kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms.
The sales floor area incorporated the construction of a new trade point, paint mixing area, timber saw supplies as well as the construction of gondolas, racking, shelving, furniture fixings and equipment, tills and wanzal gates.
Within the footprint of the building M&E installations were carried out throughout inclusive of heating, comms, fire alarm, CCTV, call points and PA system. The works were completed with the final painting and decorating throughout.
External to the building, we erected signage including the main front elevation branding.
Works were inclusive of the warehouse area flooring and carpark construction. Carpark construction included external signage, handrails and bollards and installation of trolley bays, trolley hoops and fast doors.
