Olympian Homes, Pottery Lane, Newcastle

RG Group have recently secured a new “built to rent” development for Olympian Homes at Pottery Lane, Newcastle close to the banks of the River Tyne.

The scheme will provide a total of 511 apartments and will be delivered across two phases around the landscaped courtyards. Phase one plans to be completed in the first quarter 2026 and phase two in 2027.

The project will provide apartment types including studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and will also include a gym, cinema room, co-working facilities and two roof terraces.

The development will also create enhanced public realm space which will create a welcoming pedestrian environment along Pottery Lane.
