Mercedes-Benz Dartford completion.

The Dartford Mercedes-Benz car showroom was successfully handed over 9th September 2019, on schedule after a 52 week programme of build. The showroom will display 34 vehicles across two levels and include an external terrace with vehicular ramp access area to the first floor. The workshop for servicing and MOT etc. includes 24 hydraulic car lifts. In addition to the main building there is a separate valet centre with dry and wet areas and also software diagnostic bays.

This scheme is the first in the UK to feature the new corporate image specification of MAR2020. This concept was new for Mercedes Benz UK Property team, designers and contractors alike. It required a great deal of fast paced problem solving, ingenuity and adaptability to design and implement a number of non-standard items for Mercedes and will now form the blueprint for future projects to the MAR2020 specification.
