Work Starts on The Fairfax Scheme in Manchester.

The Fairfax, a new residential development for Olympian Homes, follows the Build to Rent model providing 488 one or two bedroom apartments.

Located in the Ancoats area of Manchester City Centre, just behind Piccadilly Station, The Fairfax is in the form of two masonry faced feature tower buildings of 22 and 28 floor levels over ground, linked via a large glazed central atrium building. The atrium provides extensive ‘street scene’ social space for the residents along with a basement area providing secure car parking complete with EV charging facilities.

Set in a new masterplan The Fairfax has extensive external space including a new public park and exclusive clubroom on the roof terrace area to one of the towers.

Once completed the development will be a landmark building on the approach into the City of Manchester either via train or by car and, by its prominence, will define this new urban residential area.

Works commenced on site on Monday the 8th August 2022 and run through to completion in July 2025.
