As we enter October 2015, we have been on site for 9 months having commenced works in early January 2015. Within this period, 748 piles have been installed, the ground floor slab completed, and the concrete frame is currently at the 12th floor (6 more to go!). Internal fit out works are firmly underway, (M&E, Sprinklers, Partitions and bathroom pods). Envelope works have also commenced. With project completion set for August 2016, we have just under a year left on the construction programme.
