We’re experts in residential construction, successfully working with property developers and private care providers to deliver residential schemes such as build-to-rent schemes, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) and care homes.

This has often been undertaken as part of larger-scale mixed-use projects. Our completed developments have come in all sectors and sizes, with projects ranging in value from £5m to £150m.

Some of our recent residential construction contracts include a private rental scheme at Hove Gardens in Brighton, producing 216 apartments, build to rent scheme at Broad Street Birmingham providing 440 one and two bedroom apartments and the 752-bedroom purpose-built student accommodation of Altus House in Leeds.
