This project for Whole Foods Market involved the fit-out of a 22,000 sq ft developers shell just off the Richmond High Street over two floors.
New mechanical and electrical services were installed throughout as well as sprinkler and new new re fridge services. New plant was installed in basement and rooftop with connections to primary plant.
New wall and lift shafts were constructed and new passenger escalators and Vermaports were installed along with new passenger lifts and a feature staircase. Feature rafts and ppecialist joinery were installed throughout with new floor, wall and ceiling finishes and internal fixturing.
The site was on an island surrounded by a one way system and with a busy 24 hr bus route – extensive traffic management was required, and liaison with Richmond Borough council and local stakeholders.
