This project required the fit out of a new Waitrose store in the heart of the newly regenerated Argent Kings Cross development. Situated in the old Good Yard for Kings Cross Station, the works had to be sensitively carried out within existing listed properties to exacting guidelines.
The scope of works required the Fit Out of the developers shell to the latest Waitrose standard including bespoke new concept features over service counters. The works to the ground floor also included a full Cookery school, Cafe and other features.
All new plant plant was installed throughout and a new plant deck constructed at roof level. All Waitrose staff facilities we installed at first floor level.
All works we completed on time to a high quality finish and minimal snagging.
