The Parade Green Student accommodation is on land previously owned by British Telecom. The site is situated of James Wharf Road and Hollow Way in Oxford. The north and east of the development has existing stone walls separating the site from the local neighbouring residential areas. The stone walling is the original from the days when the site use to be an Army Barracks.

The development provides 887 bedrooms in cluster flats, common/study areas, a gym, games room, 2no. laundry areas, refuse storage as well as commercial space units all within 14no. blocks. These blocks range from 3 to 5 storeys and to accommodate the development there is landscaping throughout which extends to the schemes external boundaries facilitating cycle storage.

Start on site was January 2018 with a duration of 87 weeks resulting in a practical completion date of 31st July 2019.

A retail unit and café area has been provided on a shell only basis in accordance with the Unite Retail Specification.

The reception incorporates office, postal and parcel rooms, meeting and welfare space for the Unite operational team in addition to a standalone office area.
