This project comprised the refurbishment of 276 student bedrooms with 53 kitchens to an existing student accommodation block.
Works included the fit out of first floor commercial space into 26 bedrooms and 5 kitchens together with the demolition of existing steel structure, erection of new 1 storey steel frame to house a new flat and management office.
Formation of new external courtyard completed the works.
Key challenges in this scheme included working within a live student environment for approximately 8 weeks and well as significant traffic management and logistical constraints.
