The project is to construct a 38 apartment block for graduates and young professionals.
The project has involved the conversion of a design and build scheme which had been taken to stage D, into a Construction Management project.
The Client has required delivery of a 15% cost saving against the stage D estimate together with maximization of the offsite manufacture opportunities throughout the build process, to optimize use of the Client’s modular build facility.
The construction includes a traditionally formed and fitted out basement, with modular units forming all rooms from ground level up together with all roof elevations and roof constructions including elements of offsite manufacture.
