The current project comprises the demolition and site clearance of a range of small commercial buildings and the design, construction and completion of a new BTR residential development in 2 buildings.
The scheme is fronted by a 35 storey tower shouldered with a further six storey block. The two building will provide 440 mixed purpose built Private Rented Sector apartments providing 676 beds overall.
There scheme will also include a cycle workshop and parking for168 bikes, communal amenities including a gym, cinema and lounge area and the tall building a 360-degree roof terrace and a landscaped courtyard with exercise zones.
RG Group are currently undertaking a PCSA with construction works are due to commence on site early 2021 and complete in 2023.
