The scheme was to provide the head office facilities for 800 Sainsburys Bank staff across 85,000sq ft of high quality office space over 4 floors.
Initially the structure, originally constructed in 1999 was completely stripped of ceilings walls and floor finishes. We then undertook a complete refurbishment of all area.
All major mechanical plant was upgraded or replace including the complete replacement of above ceiling fancoil units. A new perforated metal pan ceiling system was installed throughout with integrated LED lighting.
New glass and plasterboard partitions were installed throughout as well as the relocation of main atrium feature staircase between Ground and first floors with the addition of glass balustrades to all staircases and balconies. Modernisation and upgrading of staff restaurant and provision of new meeting rooms and auditorium completed the works.
