Our clients brief is to reconfigure for 75,000sqft of Cat A office space to Cat B .
The works entailed a complete strip out of the main office areas, removing redundant office pods and partitions. We were able to salvage for reuse all internal doors, glass partitions, carpet tiles and ceiling tiles.
A complete new Cat 6 cable network was installed below the raised floor. The air conditioning system, the floor boxes and lighting were reconfigured and added to as required. New office pods were constructed and carpet tiles relayed.
Movable walls were installed to 4nr 60 person conference rooms to give maximum flexibility of use.
A new Biomass Boiler system was installed, new security CCTV system installed along with upgrades to intruder and fire alarms.
New furniture and specialist joinery has been supplied for over 550 staff. In addition as separate contracts we have a constructed a 30,000sqft test shop facility and a 553 space multi–storey car park.
