This project for Sainsbury’s at their London Headquarters comprised the reconfiguration of the 8th Floor Office spaces including new Busbar and lighting and CAT 6 cable network with lift overlay to provide Destination Control, managed by interfacing with the Security system and the design and install 2 new Staircases leading from the Ground Floor Atrium to the second Floor.
The works also required reconfiguration of the office accommodation on Floors 1 to 5 to increase the number of desk spaces per floor.
Installation of a new main reception new desk and TV wall, new security gates and an upgrade the BMS system in the building completed the works.
All works were carried out in a live environment with much of the works being completed overnight and at weekends. On completion fo the works, floors 6 & 7 were stripped and cleared ready for fit out by new tenants.
