RG Group, responded to an urgent phone call from MedicX to take over this partially completed project due to the financial collapse of the main contractor. Having previously developed a solid working relationship with Medicx, RG responded by having personnel on site later that day.
On initial inspection it was clear there was a mixture of incomplete works in addition to remedial works where installation had not be carried out correctly or to a poor standard. RG worked with the EA and Medicx to schedule these works in order to try to maintain moving in dates for the incoming Medical Centre which was relocating to this new facility.
The works, mainly external and finishes together with some external cladding where all completed and the Medical Centre relocated in line with their proposed dates.
