The project consisted of a full Fit Out of an existing 2 floor office building on a business park into a call centre space for the client to CAT B.
The works comprised of a full Mechanical/Electrical & Ceilings reconfiguration, a 60 seat partners dining room with kitchen and prep space and multiple training rooms to be installed. In addition to this the existing raised floors were changed to suit John Lewis Specs, and additional structural steel was installed to the Communication Room to support the increased loading of IT equipment.
All fixtures and fitting were install and directly procure equipment were managed for full turnkey handover to the clients occupation team..
