RG Group are currently undertaking the design and build of a new build to rent development. The scheme consists of two towers of 26 and 31 storeys. The project will deliver 488 apartments.
The development is located right alongside the Leeds to Liverpool Canal. The scheme includes a new public realm area that will improve pedestrian and cycle routes into the city centre.
The site is located to the south west of Leeds city center.
