RG Group were appointed as the Design and Build Contractor for the redevelopment of part of the existing retail park at Abbey Wood, Bristol.
The works comprised the demolition of two 100,000 sq ft retail units together with the construction of a 45,000 sq ft Asda Supermarket shell and four other adjacent retail shell units totalling 24,000 sq ft including first floor leisure area and management suite.
Improvements to the front elevations of the Northern Terrace retail units including a new canopy structure, external works to include car park, new incoming services, service yard and landscaping completed the scope.
The works were carried out whilst the retail units to the Northern Terrace continued to trade with minimum disruption.
