Crest Nicholson Regeneration. Residential Block, Milton Keynes

This mixed use building comprised of seven residential flats built over and to the rear of a 117sqm A1 retail unit. The residential elements of the structure were timber frame construction, built in part off traditional substructure with block and beam flooring. Axter roofing systems with integrated PV cells were utilised.

RG Group undertook all stages of the shell and core construction of the Block from ground stabilisation and foundation works through to the completion of internal partitions and ceilings necessary to enable floor by floor air testing and to provide fire separation for safe access by fit out contractors.

NHBC sign off was achieved at all key stages of the shell and core construction. In addition, the shell and core build, including the combined balcony and canopy structures, cycle shelters and bins stores was compliant with both Secured by Design and HCA (Homes and Communities Agency) standards.
