Conversion of an existing Warehouse unit into the first UK Best Buy Store.
Works consisted of the full strip out of the entire unit back to the shell including the demolition of an existing mezzanine structure. New feature towers were created by extending the existing store footprint. The existing wall cladding was over clad in Best Buy corporate colours including the provision of a new entrance and inner lobby, curtain walling and window displays.
The store was fitted out to a high level of specification including new Mechanical and Electrical installations. The works also included alterations and refurbishment of the existing car park.
