RG successfully completed the fit out of the new 50,000 sqft B&Q store in Merthyr Tydfil as the first project on the newly created main contractor framework.

Completed in 12 weeks including merchandising the works comprised construction of partition walls to form display room sets and key sales areas (Timber Cutting, Trade Point, Returns) , with full Mechanical and Electrical installation, online stockroom, warehouse. The scope also included build of kitchen, bathroom and bedroom display room sets. Install of display merchandise to racking, signage and garden canopy completed the works.

The project was complted succesfully on time. Key challenges require RG to work together with the developers main contractor who had fallen behind programme.
