This project involved the complete strip and refurbishment of an 120,000 sq ft existing building back to Category A standard across 6 stories
The works comprised complete installation new services, and plant together with the thew creation on new lift cores and toilets facilities. The exsiting facade of the structure was removed and the together with a complete façade along Leadnehall Street was replaced
Significant sturctural alterations were required to the existing structure to faciltate these works. The works had to be scheduled and programmes precisely to ensure exiswting offices and business were not disrupted.
