Refurbishment of existing 6 storey office block and construction of 2 storey extension creating 45,000 sq ft in total.

The project involved the construction of new lift shaft, significant asbestos removal and structural alterations to the existing structural frame involving removal of main down stand beams and columns.

The final Fit Out scheme returned the existing build back to Category A.
