The office refurbishment project was for a category B office fit out to Atkins ground floor and first floor offices in Leeds.
The works included the full strip out and installation inclusive of mechanical and electrical goods throughout.
The project was undertaken in two phases, split by floors, providing two 5 week phases, permitting continued occupation by Atkins for the duration of works.
Works included services alterations and upgrades to HVAC, lighting, water connections, drainage and all associated ducting and pipework. New partitioning, sliding partitions and glazed paneling, doors and full height storage units were installed utilising the internal space efficiently to create a largely open plan office and meeting rooms. Ceilings and floors were replaced throughout, new kitchens and welfare areas installed, a wellbeing room created, followed by each phased area being decorated and fitted out with all new fixtures, fittings and furniture.
The project was completed on-time, within budget and avoided disruption to Atkins continued use of the building and its limited external car parking area.
