This fast track projects was a 6750 sq ft fit out of new office space for Alinea Consulting LLP.
The works took the grade A space to a fully functioning office in a 5 week period. Works included new glazed sound proof office partitions, new floor and wall finishes, modifications to raised access floor, power and data installed to 60 new desk points, new LED lighting and modifications to existing ceiling, new access control system integrated to landlord areas, Kitchen fit out and staff area.
All materials were brought to site in a “just in time” solution as the loading bay was shared and allowed for no storage. All waste was taken in wait and load bins each morning.
Works included the fit out of bespoke “beach” in the innovation area. (essentially we created an area to look like a beach with the tide coming in). Each meeting room had its own theme including a “library” for small meetings.
The fast turnaround from initial brief to client moving in was achieved by RG leading design and construction methods. Also close working relationship with client and acted fast on instructions.
