RG achieve ‘Excellent’ in Shurgard KPI
The north London self-storage unit is 9,600m2 and was constructed over 6 levels including concrete ground floor and timber mezzanine levels above to a BREAAM excellent rating.
The project scored 91.50 overall in the client KPI, an average of 10.17 which equates to Excellent. RG Group scored excellent for 6 out of the 9 categories and the other 3 were Very Good. The Shurgard target rating is 7.
