Originally planning approval had been granted in June 2003 but this plot remained vacant. HCD obtained approval for us, via an NMA in June 2021, allowing us to build out a fresher, more up to date design.
Named Chadwick House, in recognition of John Chadwick – the founder of RG Group, we officially opened on 16th June 2022
Located on Carolina Court, next to Lakeside and close to Doncaster Town Centre, the location boasts fantastic transport links being just 1 mile from the M18 and the A1. Additionally Doncaster train station offers super fast train connections throughout the UK.
