Having started at RG as a year out in 2000, I’ve had the pleasure of being part of a growing company diversifying into new markets, servicing both existing and new clients.
The core values which haven’t changed is the RG culture of looking after our people, providing them with a stable workplace and offering the opportunity to develop their skills and career experience.
Our customer focus has been, and should always be, at the heart of what we do and how we perform as individuals, teams and as a company as a whole. I’m very much looking forward to the continuation of promoting these core values as we look towards our future.
