Chris Lambourn

Chris joined RG as a Placement Student in 2000 and quickly progressed to commercial manager before undertaking project management responsibilities.

In 2020 Chris was appointed to the board as Construction Director.

Chris has worked on a wide range of new build, extension and refurbishment schemes covering a variety of sectors including Residential, Retail, Student Accommodation, Commercial and Distribution.  With overall responsibility for setting up all aspects of projects both at Pre construction and Construction delivery stages.

He works closely with the Construction and Commercial teams ensuring that both the clients and our expectations are being met at all times.

Chris brings a highly valuable level of professional and technical knowledge and experience to RG projects, with problem solving and value engineering solutions second nature, he is a valuable asset to complex and time constrained contracts. 

With Chris’s communication, management skills and enthusiasm he leads the project teams with a culture of high performance.
