Work starts on new student accommodation scheme in Leeds

RG have started a new student accommodation project for Unite Students. White Rose View is located near the University of Leeds and will cater for 976 students. The £55m scheme is due to complete summer 2020 and will be a great addition for Leeds’ growing number of students.

The project comprises two new high rise towers standing at 27 & 17 stories. The development will include a commercial space at Ground Floor level which JD Wetherspoons will occupy and also a 90 bay basement car park for the neighbouring office block.
